Refund policy

We recognise that our Certificate level courses involve a significant commitment of time, and that a student’s circumstances may change during the term of the course. We will work with students and employers to ensure that they have every opportunity to complete their course.

If a refund, for whatever reason, is sought, Lennox Institute offers this based on the length of the Certificate course completed. Please click here to view our Refund Policy in full.
