Elaine Torode — CEO

Elaine was appointed CEO of the Lennox Institute in 2009 after first joining the organisation in 2002. Her appointment follows four years as a key member of the board of directors, responsible for client acquisition.

Paul Morrall — GM: Sales & Marketing

Paul joined the Lennox Institute as General Manager Sales and Marketing in April of this year. Originally from Birmingham England he started his professional career in Transport and Logistics. However, it wasn’t too long before he needed to hang his management coat up for a while and develop his passion for both sales and training.

Robin McCauley — Manager QLD

Robin McAuley joined the Lennox Institute in 2003. She has spent most of her career in the Retail Industry and has, during this time, held positions as a Retail Business Manager and Retail Support Manager with Coles Myer working across various Myer stores and departments as well as the National Head Office.
