These Nationally Recognised Qualifications are the standard for training in the cleaning industry. The courses apply to staff who are working as contract cleaners or in-house cleaners across a variety of settings, such as retail centres, office blocks, health care and aged care, and industrial.

The courses start with Certificate II, which is an entry level, and Certificate III which provides for a greater variety in cleaning skills. Certificate IV is designed for site supervisors and managers and includes tendering, industrial relations and training amongst other management focused skills.
