Neil Chapple, Director - CEO

Neil worked for 19yrs at AQIS as an inspector in the food and meat industries. Since then he has worked in the training field as a trainer, assessor and manager. He joined the Lennox Institute in 2003 as training co-ordinator and became a director in 2005. Neil holds a Diploma of Training & Assessment Systems and a Grad. Elaine Torode, Director - Business Development:

Elaine worked as a senior manager for the largest catering & cleaning company in South Africa before moving to Australia in 1996 and running her own business. In 2000 she worked as a catering, cleaning and waste manager for SOCOG at the Sydney Olympics. She joined the Lennox Institute in 2002 to develop new business and became a director in 2005. Elain Torode
Chris Gray, Director - Administration

Chris has extensive experience in training and community education. He developed the marketing of training for the Autism Association of NSW and was the computer training manager for Manly Warringah Community College. He joined the Lennox Institute in 2003 handling IT, accounts and databases and became a director in 2005. He holds a BA and is currently undertaking a BSc at UTS. Contact: chris@lennoxinstitute.org

Chris Gray
Robin McCauley - Manager QLD

Robin McAuley has spent most of her career in the Retail Industry. During this time she has held positions as a Retail Business Manager and Retail Support Manager with Coles Myer working across various Myer stores and departments as well as the National Head Office.

In 1996 Robin moved into the area of Training and Development and has since worked for a number of RTO’S including the Lennox Institute where she was responsible for training & assessing participants undertaking Retail Traineeships as well as training Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Management).

In Queensland, Robin has been involved with The Coles Myer Institute and the National Retailers Association, running accredited Retail Training in Certificate II through to Certificate IV. As the Queensland Training Manager for Lennox, Robin will oversee all aspects of training from client liaison through to training evaluation.

Robin has her Bachelors Degree of Education in Adult Education and her Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment.
