Robin McAuley has spent most of her career in the Retail Industry.
During this time she has held positions as a Retail Business Manager and Retail Support Manager with Coles Myer working across various Myer stores and departments as well as the National Head Office.
In 1996 Robin moved into the area of Training and Development and has since worked for a number of RTO’S including the Lennox Institute where she was responsible for training & assessing participants undertaking Retail Traineeships as well as training Certificate IV in Asset
Maintenance (Cleaning Management).
In Queensland, Robin has been involved with The Coles Myer Institute and the National Retailers Association, running accredited Retail Training in Certificate II through to Certificate IV. As the Queensland Training Manager for Lennox, Robin will oversee all aspects of training from client liaison through to training evaluation.
Robin has her Bachelors Degree of Education in Adult Education and her Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment.
