Lennox Institute is one of Australia’s leading privately owned accredited training organisations in the cleaning industry and specialises in the delivery of tailored training programs for organisations in the Asset Maintenance, Health Support Services and Transport and Logistics industries.

The company has earned a reputation as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) of choice for many of Australia’s leading brands as well as a number of government organisations nationally. Lennox is well equipped and resourced to deliver programs in the workplace or offsite and works closely with clients to find the best solution to add value to their operations.

To support their philosophy of continuous improvement, the company launched safeRclean™ in 2005, a widely used industry recognised program to ensure that cleaners understand and practice safe work procedures.  Today, safeRclean™ is recognised by many as an industry benchmark for safe work practices and has the support of market leaders and cleaning industry bodies.

With environmental issues high on their agenda, Lennox Institute is launching greenRclean™, a program that will increase awareness in the cleaning industry of environmentally friendly products and work practices.

Started in 2003, the success of Lennox Institute can be attributed to the dedication of their trainers and the solid partnerships that the company has built with employers, students and apprenticeship centres over many years. 

The company is known and respected for its ability to create a positive learning environment and develop skills and experience that, when transferred to the workplace, deliver measurable outcomes for its clients.

Lennox Institute recognises that the effective management and monitoring of a student’s progress is of key importance and requires diligent reporting to government bodies to secure funding.  As a result, the company has developed an extensive database and student progress tracking system which is set up to provide up-to-the minute feedback and reports one each student’s progress. 

With its headquarters in Sydney, the Lennox Institute employs a team of industry qualified trainers in NSW, the ACT and Queensland while well positioned to deliver training to clients nationally.
